Health Guarantee

At Queen City Bullys, we stand behind the health and well-being of every American Bully puppy we place in a loving home. All puppies purchased from us come with a health guarantee to give you peace of mind.

Within 10 days of adoption, you must take your puppy to a licensed veterinarian for a health check. If the veterinarian determines within this period that your puppy is clinically ill or has passed due to an injury or illness likely contracted before the date of sale and delivery, please contact us immediately.

We guarantee that all our puppies are in excellent health, free from infections, contagious diseases, and other health concerns at the time of adoption. While we take every precaution to breed and raise healthy puppies, we understand that certain factors like genetics, nutrition, exercise, and overall care can impact their well-being. Though we cannot guarantee that your puppy will never face a health issue, we promise to do everything possible to ensure you receive a happy, healthy companion.

In the unlikely event that your puppy passes away due to a genetic condition within one year of birth, or is diagnosed with a congenital or hereditary disorder that significantly affects its health, we will provide a replacement puppy of equal value at no cost to you. A licensed veterinarian must certify the cause of death or diagnosis. While no puppy can ever be replaced, we hope to ease your pain by offering another loving companion to bring joy to your home.

Nothing brings us more joy than knowing we’ve helped place a happy, healthy puppy in your home. To ensure your new companion stays in the best health, we kindly ask for your support in following these important measures:

  • Veterinary Examination: Please send us a copy of your puppy’s medical record from a licensed veterinarian within four business days of receiving your puppy.

  • Vaccinations: Your puppy will arrive with up-to-date, age-appropriate vaccinations. To avoid over-vaccination, please do not vaccinate within the first 10 days of bringing your puppy home.

  • Deworming & Regular Checkups: While we deworm and vaccinate all puppies before they leave our care, we strongly recommend continuing routine deworming and regular veterinary exams up to 16 weeks of age or as advised by your vet.

we prioritize the health and well-being of every puppy, but we cannot guarantee specific aspects such as disposition, temperament, conformation, size, weight, color, markings, or breeding ability. Additionally, no replacements will be given if a breed prone to hip dysplasia develops the condition due to being overweight.

To maintain this health guarantee, timely inoculations and regular veterinary care are required. Failure to provide these will void the guarantee. Please note that this guarantee does not cover any costs related to spaying or neutering, including undescended testes.

Pre-Adoption Health Check

Every puppy undergoes a comprehensive veterinary health check before coming home to you. Our licensed veterinarian completes a Veterinary Health Report, which evaluates:
✔ Cardiovascular
✔ Skin & Coat
✔ Eyes, Mouth, Teeth & Gums
✔ Musculoskeletal
✔ Respiratory
✔ Ears
✔ Urogenital
✔ Gastrointestinal

This health report is conducted close to your puppy’s departure date to ensure an up-to-date evaluation. After review, we require you to have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within four days of receiving them to validate their health status.

Your puppy’s well-being is our top priority, and we appreciate your cooperation in maintaining their lifelong health!
